Level 1-2 : An intermediate practice that builds on the student’s basic knowledge of yoga, a continuation for someone interested in furthering their practice. 75 min.
Thursdays, 5:15 p.m.
Level 2: A class designed to keep posture and breath flowing. Perfect for those with yoga understanding who are interested in advancing their yoga practice. 75 min.
Basic Yoga
A four week session that covers the fundamentals of yoga in a tangible way. Perfect for all ages and skill levels. 75 min. Class size 4 person minimum. Call to register.
Private Sessions are available by appointment.
